About Worldwide Express Sales Recruiting
With a salesforce topping 500 and an ambitious goal to onboard more than 20 new hires each month, the recruiting team of the newly corporate (formerly franchise-based) organization needed fresh, multimedia materials to attract top talent.
Culture fit was of key importance for sales teams who attributed success to candidates who held certain attributes defined by the Culture Index personality and behavior assessment.
To support their goals, we pursued workplace culture awards in key metropolitan areas, writing submissions and turning accolades into new print assets.
During the company’s annual sales conference, we captured interviews and footage, producing two videos highlighting the sales culture and successful outcomes, while also seeking to feature diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
For tracking and recruiting processes, I helped the team write an RFP for and review proposals for a new applicant tracking system (ATS), ultimately choosing Jobvite for both its back-end capabilities as well as its front-end candidate experience webpage options.
I captured photography, wrote copy and designed the layout for the new pages, while also using the new content to create more traditional printed collateral for career fairs, college visits and in-person recruiting events.
Upon migration to a new corporate website CMS (WordPress) and recruiting ATS (Dayforce), I redesigned the recruiting webpage utilizing updated copy and the new website’s content structure.
